Why?

We are these three philosophies

  1. Every Individual is Different

    There are no quick fixes, no silver bullets, and no absolutes. What will work for one person will not necessarily work for another. We base each individual’s experience off their history, their strengths, their weaknesses, and their unique abilities. Every individual is individual.

  2. Performance Driven

    Each aspect of the experience has to be accounted for. Everything that is either included or excluded from the plan is centred around the outcome of performance. The definition of such performance is ultimately dictated by the individual/s in front of us.

  3. Chase Perfection, Catch Excellence

Justin Noonan

Strength & Conditioning Coach
Exercise Scientist

Justin specialises in performance training & rehabilitation in team & individual sport athletes. He has a particular passion in developing physical preparation for elite talent who are aspiring to make it to state, national, and/or international level.

Qualifications:

  • ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach

  • Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science;
    Minor: Performance Enhancement

  • Musculoskeletal Rehab Specialist - RehabTrainer

  • McGill Method Level 1
